What's great about it: Sound quality inbound and outbound
What's not so great: The ear piece can get broken if you aren't careful
Hands free is a must in my work and I have tried every Blue Tooth out there. This is the only one that gives me great sound coming in and great sound to the other caller. I never hear complaints that I can't be heard. The magnetic charger feature makes it easy to charge, but don't put the earpiece in your pocket with credit cards or hotel keys as it will de-magnetize them. Simply a great product and I will buy no other.

What's great about it: Features for the price
What's not so great: The stand seems weak. We wall mounted instead
Overall we are pleased. We wanted a large screen TV for the kids gaming and to watch movies. The Smart features and internet connection were an added bonus. This was a good price as well so an outstanding value.

If you drop the earpiece and it breaks ,is there any guarantee?
I had this happen but just the ear cushion stem broke. They sent me a new set.
