Good performance (pretty much everything gives great picture resolution since it's part of the spec) in startup speed and remote control response - but a busy opening menu for the unit makes things look needlessly complex...and when I close a tray with a DVD in it, it's a safe bet I will want the DVD menu as my default instead of wanting to search around the screen for it...not the best user interface I've seen. Also, the touch sensitive controls give less confidence and less response than a positive contact button would, and the minor hesitations in play and tray action make me constantly wonder if it registered my choices.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love the size, picture quality (brightness, contrast, saturation, hue) of this TV, and the sound has great treble from wherever the speakers are pointing - but the processor speed when loading SmartHub (it's App center) or selecting a source is really rankling - the next up model is bigger, has all the great features, and a much faster responding processor making the whole experience greatly improved. I'll spend the $100 and upgrade next time.

Not a big contribution to the Marvel Cinematic Universe story line, though a nice development of the the MCU version of Iron Man himself. While my overall enjoyment of Iron Man 2 was higher than with 3, I would say more effort went into the character arcs and relationships here than in previous films.

Will a 49" Sony 4K HD fit on this stand?

Yes, though you may see the panel size extend beyond the edges of the shelf there is no structural concern. I have a 50"+ on it myself.
