We bought the 4 camera Arlo system after spending years of "thinking about" a home security system. We didn't want the hassle of a wired system, and our steel siding made most remote cameras unworkable. We spotted the Arlo on an in-store display and it looked like just what we'd been waiting for. The wireless connection was easy to set up and all cameras connected easily. Hanging the cameras was quick and easy. Battery life, which we were concerned about, has been great. We liked the system so well we added an Arlo Pro camera with sound and rechargeable battery for the front door. Arlo's internet connection makes it possible for constant, instant security. We highly recommend Arlo!

Our old set gave up the ghost, so we began our search at our local BB for a replacement. I stood slack-jawed in front of the Samsung SUHD display. Yes, I know the broadcast loop I was watching was most certainly UHD, something not extremely available yet, but oh, my. What a picture! Set up was ultra easy. Samsung has moved the input hookups from the back of the set to a switch box. After the initial "what?", we realized how much easier and more convenient it is. Four HDMI and an optical audio hookup in the switch box, and one simple input to the TV puts the hookups in easy reach. The only downside is we weren't able to team it with an adequate Blu-ray (we tried three), but hopefully before the end of the year there will be something that can keep up with this beauty. The 3D was awesome (I never thought I would be saying that, 3D seemed like such a gimmick). But then, everything about this set is awesome. Really looking forward to some UHD media becoming easily available soon.

We now own three Apple TVs. Yes, I am totally hooked. First of all, with the Apple TV you can watch an almost limitless amount of programming in high def. A simple hookup makes it an easy set up plus it can be a travel toy, too. All you need is the device and a tv with an HDMI input and you're good to go. Team it with an iPad, and you can mirror anything on your iPad, music included, to your home theater. Oh, you need this.

what is the width of the included stand? also, is it possible to get a swivel stand?
The stand is 33 ¾ " wide. When we first got our set, we used the stand, and it was very stable. The brushed nickel finish matches the frame on the TV. Very attractive! It doesn't swivel, and I don't know of any available swivel options.
