Started competition with my friends, and in 1 week I walked about 10 miles a day! Might be psychological, but helps me work out :)

Does it work when I use a treadmill - I have heard that it does not?

Every time I use it in the treadmill works perfectly. Depends where you place it, I put it on my sports-bra like suggested in the box, and works like a charm (I think I get steps faster in the elliptical, but might be just me).
