What's great about it: Compact
What's not so great: Can take awhile to get it aimed in just the right direction
I am using this inside the house on the upper level. It replaced a Radio Shack amplified indoor antenna. I like that it takes up far less room. It pulls in a large number of channels. As far as I can tell, I'm getting all of the channels I can reasonably expect to see in the Chicago area. This is the second Terk antenna I've bought, and I am happy with both.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Makes using Windows 8 easier on computer without touch screen
What's not so great: Took awhile to get it set up, at least on my Dell tower
Picked this up at good price to compensate for lack of touch screen monitor on my desktop computer. Works quite well. Have always had good luck with Logitech products.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Nice bargain - bought online for about half price, which put it neatly at the top end of my budget
What's not so great: Heavier than ancient steam iron it replaced, but not by much
Purchased this iron online to replace an EXTREMELY old Sears steam iron that was still working surprising well, but lacked the modern safety feature of automatically turning off if not used for a period of time. This model can also be used to steam hanging clothes, a real bonus.
I also had to awkwardly pour water into the old iron through a really tiny opening. This iron has a nice tank I can fill easily.
On the whole, happy with it so far, though have not had it too long.
I would recommend this to a friend!

How do I open the top to put in batteries.

I recently changed the battery, and like you, was baffled at first as to where it is located and how to get to it. Check out YouTube where you should find multiple videos on to get the little plastic "tray' out that holds the re-chargeable battery in it. It's a pain to pry out, but a snap to put back in. Be careful to put the new rechargeable battery into the tray facing the right direction - the videos will show you. And NEVER use a NON-rechargeable battery in it. You can damage it. The rechargeable batteries are available at Amazon if you haven't already purchased one. I haven't been able to locate them locally, and the Logitech website is always sold out.

Sleek new design but I am having a problem keeping a charge. Even placed it outside in bright sunlight for a few hours but after a few minutes of use, keyboard stops working and charge indicator shows a red light. Any ideas?

Had a similar problem with the keyboard I purchased back in 11/2011. If you haven't already found a solution, or tossed it in frustration, you might want to try replacing the rechargeable battery.

YouTube has multiple videos on how to do it. The keyboard uses a Maxell ML2032 rechargeable coin battery. While they offer replacements on their website, it always seems to be out of stock. so you will want to Google other sellers. Remember that it has to be a rechargeable battery. Single use batteries won't work without modifications to the keyboard that you don't want to make.

Can you download and store movies (files) on the firestick?

My Amazon device has only 8 gigs of storage for downloads from Amazon Prime. Would the stick give me more storage or does it only stream?
The Amazon Fire TV Stick only streams. It has no storage capability.
