I needed a 90 degree adapter for the back of my TV (the HDMI cable couldn't fit around the wall bracket). This works well and the audio and video quality is still superb.

I bought two of these. One for my Samsung Galaxy S4 cell phone and the other for my Samsung Galaxy Tab S tablet. The cards are super fast and hold plenty of files. They work great with both devices. I was fortunate enough to purchase these during the Christmas sale ($35 each) which was an amazing deal.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 cell phone so I wanted a tablet that was similar and would interface well with my S4. I was fortunate to get this tablet during the Christmas sale ($100 off regular price). It has a great screen, fast processor and RAM. This was well worth the wait.

What's great about it: Useful aps can be seen/heard on a non smart tv
What's not so great: Wish there were more aps that could be used with device
This product has been amazing. I have two of them (one for each tv). They allow me to listen and watch a/v content on my non smart HDTV's. I wish however that more aps would work with this such as MS Office programs and Google Chrome (from my Android smart phone).
I would recommend this to a friend!

How do I hook this up to a projection TV run through a Receiver?

I have all of my equipment (tv, cable dvr box, blu-ry, etc.) set up so all devices are run directly through my A/V receiver. All you need to do is plug the Chromecast device into an open HDMI in port on your receiver. Your projection tv should be hooked up to your receiver's output [HDMI or a combination of component video and digital audio out (coax or S/PDIF)]..
