This is a nice camera for a newbie like myself! Viewing quality on my YouTube is excellent and it takes nice pictures but learning the settings is challenging and learning how to focus on things close range while recording is hard ( I still don't know how ) and having to buy batteries every two weeks is annoying but you can always get rechargeable ones! All in all for the price this is a nice camera!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Why does it not turn on if memory card is in?

Just bought camera and thought it didn't work. Was going to return, but took memory card out before boxing up. Then touched the power button and it came on. Tried with the memory card back in and it wouldn't turn on. What's up with that?
The camera may not be compatible with the memory card... I know mine didn't with certain memory cards
