The NETGEAR device works great. It pulls up the internet , even in my yard. I can walk 50 feet from the unit and still get the net.

I rent a room in a semi-boarding house. This refirgerator is wonderful. I can keep all the thin gs in it I need for a week. It would be great for someone going to college.

Does this come with AC power plug? Will it work with DVR as backup?

I need a backup HD for my DVR box & was told I need one with external power (ability to plug into wall outlet)...it won't be able to be powered off my DVR power supply. Will this model work for that purpose to backup my shows & movies to transfer to my new DVR?

How to delete backed-up files?

NTI back-up EZ software does not have option to delete files, How do you delete all or some of the fles that are on the Canvio ext. drive ?
Just pull up each item seperately and then delete from there.
