Kids love the dvd players. Only complaint is that there is no storage case.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Does this play blu-ray movies?

Probably not since it is a DVD player, not a blue ray player.

If you shut the dvd player off will it resume play or start the movie over

It somehow knows where you left off and resumes play.

Does it play 2 different DVDs at the same time?

Yes. These are two independent dvd players that can be linked together by 1 AV cord (included).

Will these work with separate wireless headphones?

Yes. They are independent of each other and each unit also has a speaker...one could be listening via headphone and the other can use headphones.
