This small and perfect for one cup use. I like the fact that you can either use a K-cup or regular coffee (filter provided to use for one cup).
I would recommend this to a friend!

how do u heat the water

brand new today how does the water heat mine was cold and kcup didn't even empty
Did you press the lever down and then turn it on? My father tried to use it once and all he did was hit the "on" button on the bottom and he got the same results as you. You need to score the K-cup (snap it in), slide that part in, and then press down on the the part that sticks out after you slide the filter back in. Hope this makes sense!
