These work fine as USB charging outlets. For electrical power, I would describe the receptacles as very tight, to the point of not allowing plugs with larger neutral prongs to be inserted without great effort. I did manage to loosen them up, but really it shouldn't be necessary.

For an appliance you expect to keep for many years, durability is important, and something that you just don't know after a few weeks. My clothes washer needs are simple, and for that this Whirlpool is fine, so far. It does make an occasional loud click or thump that was disturbing at first, but I assume that is just how the washer rolls to clean the clothes. So far, so good.

This dryer cord is required for successful hook-up of your new appliance. Our delivery personnel will determine whether a 3- or 4-prong cord is needed based on the outlet behind your existing dryer.

We (me & installer) had a discussion on connectors. I thought the old cord (from Best Buy BTW) would work fine. He said he wasn't allowed to use old cords. So I got a new cord. FYI the older cords with bent ends can't be removed or fall off any easier than the full-circle types, and if either is that loose it could cause a short. On this small point, I would've re-used the old one, a good 2nd use. It was installed professionally, so the big picture is no worries.

They're pretty enough to be exposed but no one will see them behind the washer. After 15-16 years the old rubber jobs were due for a replacement. These should last a long time.

I'm old enough to have seen the original Magnificent Seven during its initial release in my boyhood's local theater. This new Magnificent Seven shows tribute to that movie, most noticeably in the music. A familiar but more diverse bunch of gunmen with no purpose take on a small army of bad guys in defense of peaceful townsfolk. You know they're gonna win, and you know some of them will die. The fun is watching it play out, again in a similar but different fashion to the original. Its good stuff!
The cast is perhaps not quite to the standards of the 1960 film, but after all there's several legends in that group, and you won't notice while you watch. They all do good work. I'm happy to own this Magnificent Seven!

I'm a casual USB drive user. I was happy to get a USB 3.0 drive after years of USB 2.0. Its quick enough for my uses, plenty of room and retracts rather than using a cap. I've no reason to think that it won't last for years.
