Westinghouse 39" TV - Remote RMT-12

This remote has button in lower left corner marked "CC" for close captioning, but when I press it, message on screen shows "CC off".

How can I activate it?

Go to your menu and scroll down to your sound options. If it isn't located there go to setup look for the same thing. Your cc is off and you need to turn it on

who made aspect televions 30 years ago when it was sold in your store

trying to get the tv code for my television which is an aspect clu-4330ug, which was bought at best by around 1987-89. however, no seems to have ever heard of this brand or manufacture.

Can I connect an external sound bar to a Pnasonic Model TC60AS 530U LED TV?

Yes but make sure you have the woofer to connect the sound bar to. Some sound bars come with the woofer.
