I bought this webcam with integrated microphone for my 9 year old son to record video/audio commentary of him playing video games on his laptop. For such an application (little movement, clear audio, ease of setup and use), the webcam worked perfectly. The camera has enough degrees of freedom to capture the user easily, and the folding storage is a breeze. The Logitech software is easy enough for him to maneuver after minimal instruction. No complaints at all.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Can I save a recording on this camera? and later upload to Youtube ?

I would like to upoad me singing to my youtube channel from a recording on a camera. Can this camera down load to my computer from stored file on this camera ? OR IS IT ONLY FOR LIVE INTERNET CALLS ?
This "webcam" has no internal storage that I am aware of. The video/audio capture is driven by software interface on the computer, and the storage is made in files on the computer.

I haven't used the camera for live internet, but there's no indication it can't also do that. Hope this helps.
