Good basic mounting bracket, however it leaves very little room behind the TV. This could be a good or bad thing based on your application. Good, if you want your TV tight to the wall. Bad if you aim to hide all of the cables behind the TV as I did, but then could not because there was not the room to do so. Also 90 degree Coax connectors or even HDMI connectors are a must have, otherwise a coax cable connections will push the TV to tilt upwards. The bracket was easy to install can came with plenty of hardware to meet whatever mounting application you might be getting yourself into. However the Lag bolts for concrete and wood studs require a 1/2" Hex bit so be sure you have one. All and all a good wall mount if you are keeping it simple. If you are looking to do anything cleaner or requiring strong cable management, I recommend spending the extra money and getting a better bracket. If you are just putting it up on the wall, good mounting bracket.
I would recommend this to a friend!

In the RVMLPT03 model, can the vertical television mounting pieces be bought separately from the horizontal wall mount? Selling (found) wall mount piece, but want the buyer to be able to get the vertical mounting pieces to have the complete "set".

I do not believe that the vertical pieces are sold individually. You may be able to find them (if you are lucky) from a used seller, however I do not think that retail the pieces can be purchased individually. Contact the manufacturer for specific confirmation.

Does the screws come with the TV or the mount/bracket

The mounting bracket comes with several variety of hardware to use in different mounting situations. All hardware required by the Bracket are included.

looking to mount a 50 inch TV with this mount but my wall has metal studs which cant be drilled into like a wood stud. Will wall anchors hold the TV up without concern for it coming off the wall.

Personally I would not recommend mounting a 50" tv just via wall anchors to Drywall. You can drill into metal aluminum studs. Look into self tapping screws, they will pierce the aluminum stud and thread it for the screw. Be sure to see that this would be capable of holding your specific TV's weight. Which would be provided by the manufacturers specifications.
