This item works as advertised and was easy to setup. I went back and purchased 2nd unit for my patio speakers.
I would recommend this to a friend!

is the Rocketfish™ - Universal Wireless Rear Speaker Kit - compatible with the Onkyo HT-R693 home theater system?

I have 2 units hooked up to my Denon AVR2100X receiver with no issues. One unit is for the rear surround and the other unit is used for patio speakers that are from the 2nd zone. Very easy to setup and no delay for surround sound
