Take control of laundry day chores with this 27-inch Whirlpool top load washer. Its 3.8 cu. ft. capacity provides enough space for bulky items, and the two way wash action agitator handles tough, heavily soiled loads. The Auto Sensing feature of this Whirlpool top load washer automatically adjusts water levels based on load size to save energy.

This was a replacement for an older unit that died. Repair cost was going to be prohibitive.
The buying experience was good, sales associate knew his stuff, and was open to discussing bad points of different models, as well as good.
Delivery was prompt, installation was quick and clean, and the old unit was hauled away for us.
Simple in operation - how many lights and dials do you *need* on a washer, anyway? - and works just fine for our needs.
The only reason not to give it 5 stars, is that it's louder in operation than the old one. Not horribly loud, but noticeably so.

It works, but not spectacularly well.
The mounting options for the receiver dock are limited, and not well thought out (dock and receiver are too bulky and heavy for the vent mount...and actually broke my vent)
The antenna, I suspect, is just not up to the job... lots of signal loss, even in clear air with no obstructions.
On the whole, a good idea, badly implemented.

I can finally get rid of the "stick it in your ear" headsets... which are uncomfortable and tend to fall off., and I never found one that gives a good conversation quality, especially in a noisy environment.
This unit is comfortable to wear for longer periods, sound quality is good and the mic boom actually reaches close to my mouth, as opposed to being round by my ear, so my speech is clearer for the person at the other end..
Charge time seems to be quick, though I've not had time to test the full battery life,
My one small gripe might be the enclosed instructions, which are not especially detailed... they're also printed very small, to get the usual 15 languages on one bit of paper... (an issue to those of us who wear glasses)

How does the velocity work
It uses the AT&T cell network, just as if you created a hotspot on your phone. So you need a contract or a Prepaid card.. and a good cellphone signal (don't expect to take it out in the wildwoods. ..)
