I know the Up24 is a discontinued device but it works. It tracks steps, sleep and food really well. It also ties in and works with a ton of other fitness apps. It's very comfortable and the battery lasts about 14 days on a charge. Since I got one for my wife and i, I've had four other family members buy one. Great deal of you catch it on sale.

The Chromecast is an awesome streaming stick! It does exactly what it's supposed to do. I haven't had any networking trouble with it having used it pretty regularly over the last several months. I bought the Chromecast because I used the Google Opinion Rewards app on my phone so I build up Google Play Store credit and use it on movies. Be advised that if you are an Amazon Prime user that you cannot stream their content directly. There is a work around if streaming from your Chrome browser on a PC. If you are a dedicated Prime user though then it would probably be best to get the Amazon Fire TV Stick.

How do you install the stick to your TV

Is there a diagram that shows where to plug it in with a Sony Bravia that is an older model?
The stick simply plugs into your TV's HDMI input. There is a USB power cord that plugs into the USB slot on the TV. If your TV doesn't have a powered USB port the Chromecast comes with a wall plug for power.
