I have both Echo and Google Home. Both are excellent products, but I have more Android devices and Google Play music so I'm moving to Home from Echo. The speaker quality and volume to me are about the same. If anything Echo has a slight edge right now with 3rd party support, but Google has already announced several key integrations with additional 3rd parties.

For the price, this is a decent tablet. The screen looks great, but it is kind of slow. The camera quality is also pretty poor in low light. If your buying it for web browsing or YouTube watching it will work fine.

I purchased an open box version of this TV for my bedroom. I didn't need 4k and was only looking to get something larger than 36 inches. With Android TV, I was able to dump all cable boxes and run a HD Home Run cable card tuner!
Minus 1 star for Sony not having a "Sleep Timer" button on the remote. You have to navigate through the home menu to set a sleep timer.

I already had an Xbox One, but purchased the One S for the 4k Blu-ray support.
I love the fact the power brick is now internal as it helped clean up my TV stand.
I've since put the old Xbox One in another room so we can play multiplayer games in the house on 2 TVs, but it would be nice if Microsoft would allow local multiplayer without a Live subscription.

We have Minecraft on tablets, but they ask for it on the Xbox. Other games come and go, but the kids always come back to this one. I guess the high replay value of this game is why you can't find a used copy.

does it translate from English to german and german back to english

No.
I just tried it by asking "how do you say hello in German". It responded with "I can't pronounce that, but I've written it down for you". It does display several written translations in the Alexa App, but you have to open the app.
I don't think it understands German or possibly can only understand one language at a time. I tried a few commands, but my German is also not that good. It kept responding "I didn't understand the question I heard."

Yes, since the mount pivots, it stands off the wall several inches. And you can always rotate the TV to one side or the other to make more room to reach behind.
