Specs on the website say that the LDG3036ST is double convection.

I bought the oven specifically because it said it was double convection. This is not a minor mistake if this is the issue.
It is a double oven, but only one is convection. It's a double oven, gas convection range. If you look at the specs it will tell you the features of each oven and only one is convection. You have to really look into the product/specs because the wording could be misleading. I could see how you could think that, but I don't know of any double oven that has both ovens as convection ovens. Good Luck.
