This is a follow-up review for our Samsung TV. It gets good use and still performs extremely well. First I was a little skeptical about with the quality might be for such a good price. Super easy to set up. Getting very good range on this. The computers pick it up strongly from floor below and on next floor also. The phone's wifi reception is weaker, so using some other contact points at other rooms in the house for the phones.

Really easy to install. My only regret is paying the cable company $10 a month for a lesser unit for the last 3 years. I have to locate this modem in the basement with the cable point of entry. So, I did have to use an ethernet port to connect to a patch panel for a wired connection to the house's second floor (2 floors away). I used an older router upstairs connected to the other end. Works great.

The HP was very easy to set up and it worked great the first time. It is a great choice for my daughter's dorm room because it is relatively compact. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles of some of the other printers that are larger, but it does a nice job reliably. We are replacing a two-year-old Epson printer that did well up until a month or so ago.

Would it be possible to add on a separate wifi router to this? Is it possible to turn of the wifi from the modem and solely use the added on router? Looking to add on a much stronger router in stead of using this built in wifi.
Yes that is what I am doing, just finished the installation. It sees the separate wifi router as just another network device.

My dad is moving into an dependent living facility and in order to get his own internet access was told to buy a Netgear N600 and also said it must say "cable ready wifi" on the back. Well this device doesn't say that, but I can only assume it is?????

I have Verizon for my internet and land line phone. Will this item work for me ?
Probably. Worked with TWC here. Check with Verizon. You will have to get them to tell you how you can still have their phone service once you replace their modem (assuming that you are using theirs). TWC lets you keep the same modem to use for phone service, and just not charge you any longer for the modem.
