It's okay in my opinion. I have found that I like my Roku 3 better. If Amazon will continue to invest in the FireTV and develop a better user interface, more apps, and more channels I think it will have a chance to beat out the Roku 3. For now though, buy a Roku 3.

can you get nbc,cbs,fox etc.

With Hulu Plus you can. Otherwise, get an antenna.
