We got this with matching dryer and love them. We replaced 12 year old machines and are shocked of the difference. This dryer is quiet and fast, the steam and refresh is nice to get wrinkles out quickly. This has great features for a reasonable price. So far we love it.

Just what we were looking for. We wanted new machines but didn't want to spend a ton on every feature. This has the steam which is great for dealer cleaning and sanitizing. We replaced 12 year old washer/dryer and had no idea what we were missing. The towels are much fluffier and everything smells better. The towels in photo are a pile washed in new machine (left) versus old. We got the matching dryer as well, so far very happy.

Did your washer stop working after a few months?

Ours just stopped working and there was no obvious reason why. Samsung is sending someone out to look at it but anyone else have the same problem? I'm so disappointed as we only bought the washer in August.
We plugged ours into a cube surge protector. I read that the circuit board can get fried which can cause a number of problems and is expensive to fix and this would protect it.
