I bought this mouse for my wife because I have one on my laptop. Nice and small for a person with small hands. I also generally use my fingers to move a mouse. Again this mouse is perfect for that. Battery life is amazing. I go months on a single battery. Thats with 2-4 hours a day use. A person with bigger hands should consider a bigger mouse.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The idea of a cordless keyboard with back lit keys is very nice. This is perfect for working in a darker room. Unfortunately the battery is charged via USB and lasts only a few hours if full light is used. The keyboard is now permanently plugged in, in fear of it dying. In the end I could have bought a cheaper, wired keyboard. But besides that, the keyboard is really nice and easy on the fingers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Is this a mini or regular sized mouse? I want to use it with a desktop not a laptop.

Not a mini mouse. Just a bit smaller than my regular Microsoft mouse. It is a compact mouse if I had to give it a class. Perfect size for laptop bag or cramped spaces. My wife uses one on her desktop. Ideal for smaller hands.
