What's great about it: Small size, hold the cold very well. Interior light.
What's not so great: Lid is a bit thin, solved by folding a quilt on top. Now, A-OK
This is a nice, small package with more than enough room for three people to keep food in cold storage. I like the light in front, indicating it has power supplied. Easy access for short people to reach the bottom layer.

Is the lid foam-insulated? What about the body?

The lid has a thin foam insulation layer. In a chest type freezer, that is normal, since cold air is heavy and stays in the box. I just added a folded quilt on the top as an extra layer to prevent the lid from sweating and rusting. So far, so good.
The body has the condenser coils, so it is not cold to the touch. This is a standard design feature in reefers and freezers.
