Reduce mixing time and the need to scrape ingredients down the side of the bowl with the tilt-head flex edge beater, which features a flexible edge that thoroughly scrapes ingredients into the bowl. Mixes the ingredients better without haveing to constantly stop to scrape down the sides of the bowl. Cut down on prep time. If you bake a lot it's worth investing in one.

1. I live in Nigeria and I wanted to know if this will work here as our voltage is 230v. 2. What's the size of the mixing bowl and does it come with the whisks and paddle attachments are do I have to purchase them separately? Thank you
Not sure about the voltage issue I suggest you contact kitchenaid customer service. The stainless steel bowl is 41/2 quarts. It comes with a wisk, paddle & dough hook attachments
