I dug out My old Albums from the 70's, & 80's, & they sounded great after all these years. The features that I liked best about this Sony Turntable were the Auto Play And Return. Hit the Start Button & the whole album plays, when done it returns to its arm rest & Shuts-off like they used to do back in the day. I had Returned 2 other lesser Brands that were Manual.
Also, I was able to use Sony's program to send to my Music Library on my PC, which I was not able to do with the iTunes app from the Other brand.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Is the arm automatic or manual?

The Arm is Automatic For Start, & Stop, & of coarse can be used Manually too, & has an Up/ Down Button which is helpful...
