A very simple camera to install with a fairly good quality picture, and it even takes video.

Does it tilt up and down?

Needs to tilt down from top of monitor. Does it have a magnet to keep in place? Monitor is only 3/4" wide.
I never thought of putting webcam on my monitor until I read your question. Tried it there and YES it does tilt nicely although my laptop is but a quarter inch wide. I tried it on something wider and it do indeed holds very good with the ability to tilt to whatever degree U need.
