Bought this as a replacement drive, and it has far exceeded expectations. Transfer speeds are excellent and it runs very quietly. True USB 3.0 and cables included makes this an outstanding Value.

I use it with my Mac with no problems. Number photos and or videos depends on the size of the files.

If a movie is two hours long how many movies can you put on this device?

Depends on whether the movie is in HD or standard.
