The Chromecast is pretty awesome. Its built quality is great, it's very easy to setup. The options are pretty much limited by your phone. It's great to look at pictures and videos of the family with everyone watching.
Also seems to work very nice with games.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Don't expect too much. The sound quality is ok, a little too flat for me, but nothing you can't fix with some settings. Bass is low, highs are too high for my personal taste.
Also, built quality seems to be nothing more than ok. It's not too flimsy but I am sure this pair will not survive if dropped too many times.
Cord can be very annoying at times.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does it provide channelLive app

If you are running Android Lollipop, you can cast anything on your phone to your TV. So it's up to your version of Android.
If you have lollipop, you can just swipe down twice from the top of the screen and choose "Cast".
