Sometimes bigger isn't better. This is a superb camera for a very modest price, a wide range of lenses and accessories modestly priced. Performance of the base camera with zoom is right up there with the much bigger and more expensive DSLR's. Mirrorless, fast autofocus. You can carry the base camera in a suitcoat pocket. You will hardly know it is there.

I use a 48" SONY BRAVIA (bought at Best Buy) as a monitor. Cable got mangled. New one from Best Buy, under $10. Works as well or better than the pricey one it replaces. You do not have to pay more to get more.

What's great about it: Samsung's 21X zoom and WIFI for just over $150
What's not so great: nothing--compares with the $350 SAMSUNG ANDROID CAMERA
Bought it, took a series of shots of mountain climbing friends, posted pix, got raves (42X zoom). Next day shot two business meetings, one inside in bad light, one outside. Took pictures of over 100 people at a potluck then shot a three hour barn dance in near dark. Posted almost 180 pictures, all sharp and well exposed and got raves again. All on one battery charge. This is a spectacular deal with very high quality construction, easy intuitive controls, fast focus and fast shutter, and able to handle extremely difficult lighting. And it's modestly priced.

When you shoot 16mp images, you burn memory fast. This 32GB chip is FAST, was on sale and CHEAP ($29), and will hold a lot of large images.

What's great about it: FOR SAMSUNG GALAXY camera, LARGE . Perfect fit, $11.
Samsung Galaxy cameras are BIG and HEAVY by current standards. The WWW camera needs a solid shock absorbing water repellant case. And Lowepro is it, and for $11 a steal. The SAMSUNG case is leather, in a most unattractive brown, and costs $50. This is 1/5 the price and works better. The accessory pocket is handy for memory and such.

How do I change the time?
The month and the year are OK, but the time of day is off by 4-hrs.
I can't seem to change it in the settings. I don't have the option.

I have both an HPCHROME and the same SAMSUNG CHROMEBOOK you have. BOTH have the same problem, they are set on Pacific Time Zone and I cannot change it. It is not a "box" problem, it's an OS (operating system) problem and I have no solution. So this is a response but not an answer. Don't blame the box manufacturer though.
There is a place in advanced settings where the world's time zones show. You can pick the one you want, for me EDT, but it won't "stick"....
