Im planning on moving overseas next year. Can i use the playbar there?

Yes you can ise it anywhere all it requires is good internet connection with wifi modem of good range. U can make it work whereever you want.

We would like to buy the play bar, speakers and subwoofer when you hook up to Samsung 60 inch tv will it also hook up to FIOS, direct tv and stick all the same time?

Yes once u hook it up with optical cable it will work with all. Just i doubt wjat kind of remote you have on your tv if it has ir remote then it will work from your tv remote. But if u have smart or bluetooth remote then u cant adjust volume form your tv remote. You have to use universal remote or uour cable tv remote.
