Although the pods can be costly, I use the Ekobrew to use pre-ground coffee and it works fine. Love that I can set the timer so it's on and hot for that first cup of the day (even though it heats quickly enough when switching from 'off' to 'on' manually).

These are a great deal of the day item and sound decent enough for the price. The wi-fi signal can be sketchy at times, depending on your bandwidth and how many devices are currently using it. I have had them disconnect when they are the only thing using wi-fi so it can be frustrating. But for the price and portability they're quite decent.
