The headset has a surprisingly good sound. It's defintintly comfortable to wear. I liked the headset until I tried to lean back in my chair. The cord is quite short and changed my plan of use for the headset.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Warranty?

I recently got a Steelseries 3hv2 from a Best Buy in Calgary. Due to lack of space in my bag (I'm from Toronto), I took the product out of the box and grabbed just the headphones. I flattened the box, and put it in my bag. Now that I am back, I realized that I forgot the adapter in Calgary, and was wondering if I would be able to take the headset with the box and receipt to my local Best Buy and exchange it?
You have to have all the pieces to exchange.
