My recently purchased macbook pro came with 4gb of ram and a 500gb hard drive. While a ram upgrade to 16 gb increased performance, the Samsung 850 evo installed a few weeks later made a dramatic change. The mac boots in 15 seconds!

I had to transfer a bunch of home video tapes onto dvd. I bought a macbook pro md101l/a and added 16 gb of ram and a Samsung 500gb ssd. Its really fast, booting in like 10 seconds. The verbatim dvd discs had no issues and with an all white face were easy to write on,

I bought this laptop because it's the last model of the Macbook Pro you can easily open up and upgrade. So far I've used it as it came except for adding a windows partition. Performance is very good and will get much better with ram and solid state drive upgrades.

My 92 year old mother couldn't hear the television anymore. Hooked these up to her Samsung and she can enjoy her favorite shows again!
The headset works regardless of the volume setting on the tv. Very clear and has handy volume control on the headset. Very easy setup too.

Easy setup, true surround,wireless sub and rear speakers. Neaded to sync sound using TV settings which took a few minutes. Must have with
the poor sound produced with flat panel Ty's.

I have an lg 60 in plasma that we just purchased. I could not find lg active shutter glasses so I bought samsungs for 1/3 the price. The 3d is much better than I expected. The glasses are light weight and comfortable even over prescription glasses. I'm happy with my purchase.

Will the macbook pro go on sale again?

I wanted to know if the macbook will go on sale again during Christmas week or after Christmas week. I was supposed to purchase it when it was on sale for $899 but didn't and now its $1,099. Does anyone know if the price will drop soon for the holidays? And if it will be on sale in the best buy stores in hawaii too.
I need answers ASAP. THANK YOU.
I got mine for $949.00 recently. Watch your Best Buy emails for deals. A few bucks more, but you are picking it up at a real store with support close at hand.
