I purchased the Sony 2.1 sound bar to enhance the sound as the speakers on the XBR55800E are at the bottom of the tv frame and face downwards. The sound bar is 20 inches across so there is no stereo separation. However for the $ it is a great sound enhancement.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Upgraded from a 13 y.o. 40” Sony XBR1. Regular cable programming and Netflix have noticeably improved. I have yet to view any 4K programming as I have had it for only a week. Speakers on the XBR55800E are at the bottom of the tv frame so I purchased a Sony 2.1 sound bar which enhances the sound.
I would recommend this to a friend!

After 3 weeks of use product has performed as expected. It keeps laptop secure on the office pad on my desk and dissipates heat as designed.

bracket to hold ipad on the top left side is poorly designed. It breaks after repeated insert and extraction of the ipad from the folder.
This is the 3rd unit I have had since July 2014. keyboard is excellent and connectivity to the ipad is excellent. I have not found a better product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What are the dimensions of the ATLP60?

Dimensions are: 14” across, 13.5” deep and 4” high with the cover down
It has a cover that will need at least a 12” clearance to fully extend

What is the overall quality

Sound is good. My primary listening and viewing distance is approximately 10 ft. Sound bars are not wide enough to produce stereo sound. Sound bar improves the audio that is produced by the TV which is typically thin and weak in 4K HD tv’s since the speakers are small.
The Sony 2.1 is ideal for a condo/apt living room or a bedroom.

I don't see the specs of this sound bar and sub woofer. Can someone please let me know the watts this system puts out are. Both total and running. Thanks

Per the manual, sound bar L and R reference power output is 25W (per channel 4 ohms, 1khz).
Subwoofer power output is 50W (at 4 ohms, 100 Hz).
I could not find a reference to “running” W output in the manual.

how do I remove i pad from cover

recommend removing ipad from the right top as the bracket on the right side is stronger than the left bracket which has broken several times.

How long does it take to fully charge? Is there any indicator that lets you know when the battery is low, fully charged, etc?
