Fairly easy to set-up and so far plays well. The instructions were easy to understand for a non-tech guy. I like the versatility of the combo player, saves a lot of space.
I would recommend this to a friend!

How to hook up my neew DVD/VCR

I have cable but not a cable box. Will this work? I rely solely on the instruction sheet and it shows it going through the cable box. My big cable cord right now just goes into the back of my TV. Can I use this unit just by leaving it going to the back of my TV or do I need a box?
You should just have to change the input source for your TV (from CATV to AV). Leave the cable connected directly to your TV.
