How does the phone I order off of Bestbuy.com get activated?

Thinking of ordering a phone of their site and have it delivered to my home. How does it get activated? Do i have to take it in to a Best Buy retailer or to a Verizon store?
They can activate it there at best buy for you or you can take it in to verizon.

bestbuy dont charge upgrade fee, but verizon will charge upgrade fee on my bill for s4 on black friday sale?

I bought 2 samsung s4 on blackfriday sale. I am a current verizon customer with wife. our contracts are over. Bestbuy say that bestbuy won't charge upgrade fee ,but in the verizon assitant person in the betbuy say that verizon will charge upgrade fee on my bill. They didnt say that before buying. Is it true?
Yes, verizon will charge you an upgrade fee on your next bill. They should have mentioned this to you when you bought it. I just bought the S4 during cyber week and I too am with verizon and the clerk told me there would be a $35 charge on my next bill.
