I had to return the product and exchanged it for two more Wemo Switches. I feel confident it would have worked, had my light been a single system, considering how well the switches work. Still considering for other rooms at a later date.

I purchased this product so that I could control items in my house with my phone, tablet or laptop/computer. It works as advertised, I especially like the Wemo App which allows you to program the on/off of the switch right down to the minute and second, then saves the programs to be used whenever you like.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Lifetime warranty?

Best Buy shows this as having a lifetime warranty for parts and labor. That is hard to believe. Can someone say what warranty the box/literature mentions?
The box says the following:
This product is packaged with a limited lifetime hardware warranty. Limited to hardware only for as long as the original buyer owns the product. External power supply excluded. For full warranty details, please go to www.netgear.com/lifetimewaranty
