This was a great bag and pricewise it was good. It was well made, but even though it was specified for the size computer we had it did not fit our older laptop comfortable. We had to bring it back and trade it in for a larger size..

What's great about it: Smooth clean design, larger than average
What's not so great: Cleaning the stainless steel
Bought this to match all my Samsung appliances. This is a beautiful model, quiet and efficient. The touch controls are a little quirky as you have to be in the exact spot or it does not work.
Other than that no other complaints
This product is or has... Shortcut keys that save time, A turntable that cooks evenly, Acceptable level of noise, A vent system over range, Big enough to handle large items, easy to install

What's great about it: It is so quiet and stylish

Love this unit. We did a Kitchen addition/remodel and purchased this to match our Samsung Fridge. The 48dl was a big sell with me as were the washing features. The handprints are tough to clean off, but I have finally found a good cleaner for the stainless steel and now I get to have it shiny all of the time.
It cleans beautifully. Very pleased.
This product is... Good for delicate dishes, So quiet I can't hear, Well-matched to my appliances, Able to deliver spotless dishes, Great at drying dishes

What's great about it: Beautifully styled, great features.
What's not so great: The Stainless Steel finish.
Love the features of this stove. We just did a kitchen remodel/addition and needed 3 new appliances. I took advantage of the great Memorial Day sale. The manual explains so much, it will take me a while to learn all about my new stove and oven. I love to cook and bake so I am really looking forward to all the features. However, nowhere does it tell you the best Stainless Steel Cleaner. I have been using Weimans and my fridge looks streaky. I tried to find Carbona for stainless steel, no go. I found Sprayway, still streaky. I have tried them all. For this reason only, I have given this 4 stars. The installation guys left fingerprints that ruin the finish. That is what makes this a 4.

Does this model come in a drop in style?
Yes, that is what I bought. However, when it was installed, the leveler legs do not allow the channel to sit on my granite countertops. About a 1/4 inch gap.
