My partial deafness is well compensated for watching TV by using the Insignia headphones - a bonus is that I can watch and hear programs, including football games, with TV silence for my wife.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I AM LOOKING AT THE INSIGNIA WIRELESS HEADPHONES.. DOES THIS INCLUDE THE TRANSMITTER(?) AND WIRES TO HOOK-UP TO AUDIO OUTLET ON MY TV??? I AM NOT SURE WHAT I NEED!! TYVM FOR YOUR HELP!!!

Headphones don't work-new purchase

NS-WHP314 Model. Base connected to TV audio output (LG TYV), base plugged in, headphones charged, pairing lights on, just get static and a beep when adjusting volume, no other sound. Defective?

Are you able to decrease background noise?

Does this headphone have settings available so you can decrease background noise; i.e., music tracks on movies, so you can hear conversations better? Something a hearing impaired person would need. Thank you for your time!
No, louder or softer only as far as I know.

How to connect with xbox and cable

I'm not sure what to connect to what. I have a cable box but also an xbox. The headphones work great watching tv, but as soon as I switch to the xbox, I only hear the cable channel playing and nothing from xbox. I have an insignia tv, and the xbox is connected a hdmi cable and the cable box connected to component. Hope I explained things
Sorry - this works with my regular 40inch Sony TV
