What's great about it: Durable Construction
What's not so great: End Result comprimised for Being Green
I'm not sure what the design goal was here...this machine has all sort of buzz marketing words and features. I have found that many settings leave our clothes a wrinkled mess that aren't always clean. I believe the end result has been compromised to save a gallon of water, yet it seems to have to run for a longer period of time which is using electricity. I have had to rewash many soiled articles. Be careful with your delicates. I have to fluff in dryer or iron many items I was able to hang up previously. Was this tested by women and mothers? I doubt it.
This product is or has... A great water saver, Big enough capacity for a comforter, okay but not great
About me... Parent of kids, Frequent user
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

vibration

How is the vibration on this machine. Concerned as it will be on the second level of our house...
Ours is in our basement, however, it seems to be well balanced and does not seem as loud as our prior font loader. I frequently switch from high to medium spin which may help.

Can I wash king size comforter with 4.5 cu. ft?

I would say yes, however, if not repositioned I would be concerned that folded and inner areas would not get sufficient movement and would need to be repositioned and re-done.
