What's great about it: Great battery life.
What's not so great: The phone unlocks too easily.
I am very happy with this phone. The size and weight is just perfect for me. My phone can go one week without me having to charge it, which is great. I do like the feature where it is put into 'saving mode' when the phone is fully charged. I love love the button text Qwerty keyboard.
I find that the temporary lock sometimes does not protect the phone from automatically dialing a number when its put in my pocket. I would love to be able to lock and unlock my phone with a password. I also wish that I could use the 'previously call button' to text out from the call list.

You can try and get internet through 'MY Verizon' on your phone, but you will be given information about a possible data charge.

where is the app for playing music
There is no app for playing music. You can purchase music from your phone carrier or use a USB port and download it from your computer.

How do I answer the phone
I have to hit three buttons before I am able to receive the call. Help.
Just press the 'call' key on the left of the phone.
