What's great about it: The speed, the voice feature.
Until I got a skin for it I flipped screens too easy. The skin provided a bit of space and has essentially solved my only concern. I drug my feet on getting a table because I am fairly impatient. This keeps up with me!
This product is... responsive touch screen, easy to set up, lightning fast, Variety of apps available, A nice compact size, Sharp graphics, Easy to navigate, Great screen size
About me... Basic web surfing & emails, retired, traveler, Comfortable with technology, user of apps that make life better

Word, Excel & other work pgms

Can the Samsung Galaxy Tablet be used to import, read, edit and export work-related files in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and to replace my Nook? What other tablets should I consider for work/reading use? (Gaming-type capabilities are not relevant to my needs).
I loaded a 291 page word document and edited with Polaris. Considering it was my first time I tried to use Polaris it was good enough. Since I edited the big document I got a bit more familiar with the app and began to find some of the more advanced features I wanted. I think this will allow me to leave my laptop at home!
