The Harmony 700 is about $50 more than the Harmony 650. In essence the only difference is that the 700 will allow you to use rechargeable batteries. However battery life is much shorter A good set of alkaline batteries will power both remotes for about 3-4 months .
The harmonies are great for controlling a home theatre setup and the number of devices that can be controlled is enormous and always expanding. I have not found anything that they can't do with a few limitations as to how thye implement control. A good remote for a great price.

I found the sound output to be somewhat low and hard to balance easily to my amp. However, the fact that I can use rear speakers without running wires across the entire room (ceramic tile floors) is the reason i purchased it and it does work. I have not had any dropouts or loss of signal. So far I am satisfied.

These speakers are part of Pioneers Andrew Jones designed set for 5.1 or 7.1 . These bookshelfs are pretty large and as such have great response and pretty good bass on their own. Although I bought the tower speakers for my fronts, the bookshelfs may be a better fit if you need a smaller system. There is one problem that I would say you need to be aware of and is the reason I don't give them 5 stars. The speakers are larger ( as I said), about 16" tall by 8 wide by 10 deep. However, they also do NOT have any socket or fixation point on the bottom or top. There is a port on the REAR of the speakers, so you cannot mount them on a wall unless your mount can keep them far enough off the wall to not affect the response of the system. Also you will need to come up with your own mount as there is no fixation point on the rear either So a Stand of some type is a necessity and the base of that needs to be large enough to accomodate the speakers size. The speakers sonic response is outstanding and a perfect match for the center channel and sub so 4 stars is still justified. I do recommend them.

These speakers are excellent fronts as part of Pioneers Andrew Jones speaker set. They have excellent response and are matches to the center and bookshelf speakers . They are a little large ( approx 8.5 w x 10 deep by 36 high) so if you are looking for a compact system perhaps look elsewhere ( the center is a large unit at 18 1/8 w aby 7 1/8 h by 10 d). Because of the size the fronts have good bass response and also have an excellent sound stage. Clear and crisp highs and excellent mid ranges . The speakers do not have spikes and could probably benefit from some better isolation.

As part of the Andrew Jones designed Pioneer speaker system the sub is an excellent match for the other pioneer speakers in the set . However it does not have quite as deep and clean a bass as some others since it is only an 8" driver. For a small to medium room it is quite adequate and is an excellent match for the other speakers in the set. I do recommend it .

I bought the pioneer 5.1 set of speakers based on reviews on line . Although Best buy sells all the speakers individually they will match the price on internet for the entire set. The set has excellent sound and is pleasing sonically for a medium sized room. I do find that the sound output is a bit low, meaning you will have to increase the volume a bit more than you might expect.. However the sound stays well balanced and the center channel keeps the conversation audible despite the effects of the program. A good, if not GREAT, buy.

What's great about it: works well when connected right
What's not so great: connection cables are more for audio systems than pc.
Works well . The Audio cable is not designed for the minijack audio cables used on a PC so a separate cable is needed to use the RCA audio in jacks on the speaker amplifier.

What's great about it: Easy programming through the web
What's not so great: Few preprogrammed activities, regular batteries ( no recharger).
I had first tried the harmony ultimate one , which has a much bigger color screen, but few hard buttons. I found it to have far too many issues with the touch screen that detracted from its functionality. The
Harmony 650 turns out to be just right in the combination and is pleasant to hold and Use. so far the battery life is good.

What is the height of this speaker?
The center speaker is 7 1/8 inch high and 18 -1/8 inch wide
