Had an in-home Geek Squad technician scheduled to repair my
Epson XP-410 printer. I purchased the Epson 200XL packaged ink cartridges in case the technician would need them. He didn't. I will use them when needed. I had purchased a black ink cartridge on line and it
was a 200XL

Can't print?

I have never been able to print one clear copy on my new printer. I have gone through one entire black cartridge trying to correct the problem. The copies come out streaked with printing on about every third line. The print is extremely light even on the third lines. The ink cartridges are new and full. Nozzle cleaning performed multiple times. Head alignment is barely visible - also streaked. Head alignment performed at factory setting and other various numbers. Nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?
I've only printed one item. I had a Geek Squad technician install my printer. He did print out instructions should I run into a problem. He also connected my WIFI. If you have a contract with the Geek Squad, the technician's home visit was reasonable. I also took the 24 mos. warranty
when I purchased my printer. You might be able to call Best Buy and talk to the sales personnel in computers, printers, etc. dept. and get an answer to your question.
