I use this bag to carry a tablet PC as well as a mirrorless camera and lenses. For in-the-car travel it's tremendous! Pockets are great to keep chargers and camera related items separate.

What's great about it: speed

I'm using this card with my Fuji X-E2 camera. So far I've used it for only still photography, not video. It has been working fine for me, including using it with 7 fps continuous shooting. No delays in recording the photos. The camera and card have been a good combo.

Is there a connection for speakers?

No, there is no output connection for external speakers. The monitor has built-in speakers and two input connections, one for front speakers (the green plug) and one for rear speakers (the black plug). If you want to connect separate (not the monitor) speakers you'll need to do that directly from the computer's sound card.
