What's great about it: It has a nice turn with the TV
What's not so great: The support screws are to short. Needs a set of longer screws
To mount this product you better make sure that the mounting screws are long enough. I wasn't aware that I couldn't mount it in the ceiling. I am not happy about that feature. Also I think sending two different lengths of mounting screws should be included.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's great about it: Just average. Not that great
What's not so great: Not the sharpest picture
I have a 24" PROSCAN and it has a much better picture and is sharper. I probably would not buy this brand again.

Can this be used from the bottom of the cabinet?

I was unable to use the screws provided by the manufacture. I had to go and buy longer screws and wasn't able to use the round bracket, (washer like) inside of the cabinet either.
