I have tired, greatly, of inherent software conflicts when trying to convert my vinyl records to digital. This turntable eliminates a computer and software issues, by capturing your records directly to a thumb drive. It saves the record as a MP3 file, which is useable with most applications. If I had any complaints, it would be the back of a small built in speaker. I mean, it I am p,aging the record, why not be able to listen to it??!!! But that is very minor. I have captured about 80 LP's, without a single issue.
Buy this. Good price, and it does exactly what you are looking for, if you are reading this.
I would recommend this to a friend!

would this turntable work with Pioneer system

No reason it wouldn't; it uses standard RCA output cables that would connect to any system.

It says fully automatic? Does arm move to record and back on it's own? Automatic means it lifts on it's own move over and drop on record and at end of record it returns to arm position. Does it do that?

Yes, the the arm moves as you asked.
