What's not so great: Windows 8.1 is not that great
Love the hardware. I just wish Microsoft would get their act together and offer better support of high resolutions displays like this has.

What's great about it: Screen, sound, wireless charging, speed, Android 4.3, etc.
What's not so great: The headphone jack is a bit tight...
I have had a number of tablets and this is by far the best.

does the software on this item coem with windows 8 or windows 8.1 installed. if it comes with windows 8 is windows 8.1 free for updating?
It comes with 8.1, but regardless, the update is free.
