I think you should NOT purchase this phone.
Buttons hard to push
Not clear
Bad connection
Like a toy
Not even for $5
Never had a problem with Panasonic and so I returned this one and exchanged for Panasonic brand.
You get what you pay for with this phone.
Save your money and buy something else
